Cal. 10 '' automatic movement, 19 jewels, cream dial, applied dagger and Arabic numerals with luminous accents, luminous hands, sweep centre seconds, outer fifths of a second divisions, tonneau-shaped water-resistant-type case, textured bezel with raised squares to indicate the hours, screw back, screw down crown, stainless steel and pink gold Rolex Oyster expandable bracelet with patented hooded link between the lugs and deployant clasp stamped 2.51, case, dial and movement signed
34 mm. diam.

Specialist note

The present watch is a fine 1950s timepiece with charming aged dial and nice engine-turned bezel. Moreover, it has a stainless steel and pink gold Rolex Oyster bracelet with an interesting and rare patented hooded link between the upper and lower lugs. The stainless steel hooded link is inscribed Brevet on the inside and features the Swiss cross. The watch has not seen much, if any, polishing in its life as both the bezel and back are still crisp as are the numbers on the back.
