Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1994 and its subsequent sale on September 20th of the following year. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated February 17th, 1999, setting pin, Patek Philippe presentation box, a Patek Philippe leather envelope, product literature and outer packaging.

Part of the fourth and final series of the reference 3970, the present watch was produced in the final years before its production was discontinued in favor of producing the 5970 which followed.
