專家說明
Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1964 and its subsequent sale on April 13th of the following year.
Reference 3445 was Patek Philippe's first calendar watch made in series and was in production from 1961. It was so successful that it remained in production for 20 years. The present example is extremely rare, being produced within the first five years of production and one of only four identified to be retailed by the heralded South American retailer Serpico Y Laino.
The model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, first edition, pp. 220 & 221.
