Château Haut-Brion--Vintage 1989
Pessac (Graves), 1er cru classé. Château-bottled
"The 1989 Haut-Brion continues to display its deep richness and compelling charm. There is a dark plum and blackberry fruit with a soft, smoky mineral complexity on the nose and a rich, full bodied, mouth-filling presence on the palate backed by tannic power and great length. A great bottle of this always impressive wine." At dinner with clients, CC, August 2010
