THIRD QUARTER 18TH CENTURY
The shaped crossbanded top inlaid to the angles with engraved fans and with a lappetted edge, above four graduated drawers with ivory escutcheons, the upper drawer fitted with a baize-lined writing slide, four burr yew and rosewood-fronted drawers and four pigeon holes, the canted angles inlaid with husks, on shaped bracket feet, embellished with the carving, marquetry, ivory and fitted interior circa 1900
