Tapering octagonal and with moulded borders, the faceted swan-neck spout with a half-baluster motif below, the domed cover with octagonal baluster finial, engraved with a coat-of-arms, marked underneath and inside cover

The arms are those of Honywood impaling Jeaffreson.
