IWCAQUATIMER CHRONOGRAPH “GALAPAGOS ISLANDS,” REF. IW379502

Beginning in 2009, IWC has been introducing special edition Galapagos Island watches. IWC launched this Aquatimer as a robust diving watch with stylistic elements that relate to the Galapagos such as the black case and dial which are symbolic of the black lava on the volcanic islands and the case back engraved with a marine iguana. This particular special edition debuted in 2009 and commemorates the partnership between IWC and the Charles Darwin Foundation.
