PATEK PHILIPPEELLIPSE, REF. 3545

Patek Philippe introduced this "Ellipse" reference 3545 in 1969 and it was in production for approximately 10 years. This watch was offered in many variations and this particular example is cased in yellow gold with a beautiful integrated mesh bracelet and blue dial. The two-piece cases for this model were all made by Ateliers-Reunis. At the time of inception this model was intended for a man but today would be elegant on the wrist of a lady.
