Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with in 1993 and its subsequent sale on May 24th of the same year. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe presentation box, and outer packaging.

Reference 5000 in white gold was produced in a limited edition of 1000 examples between 1992 and 1993.
