The first each of 1845 Rifle Brigade Officer Pattern, one numbered 6294 for 1855, the blade etched with battle honours including Waterloo, Barosa, Talavera, Alma and Inkermann, the other numbered 10375 for 1860; the third of 1897 Infantry Officer Pattern, the blade numbered 62560 for 1931 and etched with the cypher of George V and the Spencer family coat of arms, each sword with leather sword-knot and regulation steel scabbard
