Circular French tortoiseshell-lined white lacquer box, the independent cover set with a watercolour miniature on ivory of a lady in white dress with blue ribbons, gold mounts, Paris circa 1762-1768, marked with the discharge mark of Jean-Jacques Prevost 1762-1768; together with, a circular grey composition box, the independent cover set with a miniature on ivory of a pastoral landscape; together with, a circular papier-mâché box, the cover painted with gilt chinoiserie; together with, a tortoiseshell-lined vernis-martin box, the cover, sides and base painted with the Judgment of Solomon
