专家说明

A similar vessel is recorded in the National Museums of Scotland found in a moss near Closeburn Hall in Dumfriesshire.(Ref.000-100-103-686-C). The form of this vessel is unusual in that it shares the same body shape raised on three legs as the typical zoomorphic spouted flagons of the period made in both Flanders and England but also has affinities with the spout and top rims of the famous Robinson, Asante and Wenlock jugs of the late 14th Century.
