Tasting note: Bright yellow with golden tints. Intense aromatics leap from the glass with ripe peach, apricot and honey, grilled hazelnuts and almonds with hints of butterscotch and caramel. Very intense on the palate with lemon and lime, raspberry and strawberry flavours and a delicate fine creamy textured mousse. A stunning harmonious wine with refreshing mouth-watering acidity perfectly balanced by the intensity of the fruit flavours and complexity from bottle ageing with an exceedingly long persistent finish.
