The first a gobelet 'bouillard' et soucoupe, 1er grandeur, painted with ‘muddy’ landscapes within concentric bands of red and gilt brickwork and bleu celèste gilt with vine; the second painted with specimen flowers reserved within gilt medallions on a concentric wide border of tightly packed pink roses on a gilt seeded ground and a narrow blue band gilt with entwined foliate vine and grasses
