Dial: black, luminous dot, baton and dagger numerals, central hand for second time zone, magnified window for date
Case: screw down back and crown, revolving black and red bezel calibrated for 24 hours
Signed: case, dial and movement

With: stainless steel Rolex Oyster bracelet stamped 78360, endlinks stamped 580, deployant clasp

Specialist note

The present watch is the so-called "Fat Lady" model. Reference 16760 features an extra-thick case, some 1 mm. thicker than its successors, as well as a thicker bezel and crown guards. This has led collectors to affectionately nickname it the "Fat Lady". Reference 16760 was also the first GMT to be produced exclusively with a sapphire crystal.
