Omega. A very fine, large and highly attractive 18K gold single button chronograph wristwatch with black and grey multi-scale sector dial

According to the Omega Archives, the case number matches a watch sold in Italy on 14 October 1937. As the Archive presents a gap in the movement numbers records, an Extract could not be issued.
