Specialist note

Invented by Abraham-Louis Breguet in 1801, the tourbillon complication was created in order to cancel the effect of terrestrial gravity affecting the accuracy of a watch. Crucial and extremely complex mechanism to take into account when developing a wristwatch, the present timepiece is furthermore built with a double retrograde complication for hours and minutes.
