The presently offered watch does not fail to disappoint in any regard – an amazing tropical warm patina colored dial, it now has a salmon hue which is aesthetically pleasing with the steel case, the case in crisp unpolished condition and it retains its original finish most notably on its outside case back, and the bracelet adds an extra element, a coveted period stainless steel Gay Frères bracelet likely added to the watch at the time of purchase in 1945.
