Specialist note

The present reference 3417 is an attractive representative of Patek Philippe's first anti-magnetic wristwatch produced in series, available exclusively in stainless steel.

Launched in 1958 it was produced for two years only, using calibre 12'''400. As of 1960, the model was fitted with calibre 27-AM 400 until the end of production in the late 1960s.
