Cal. 19.20 nickel-finished movement, 29 jewels, repeating by two hammers on two gongs, gold cuvette, small white enamel with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds, flanked by two white metal female figures appearing to strike the bells when the repeating is activated, mounted on a steel plate, circular case, repeating slide in the band, cuvette and movement signed, case numbered

Specialist note

With Longines letter dated 9 August 2001 confirming that the present 18K gold hunter case minute repeating watch was sold on 18 December 1909 to Jaccard Geneva, also Longines' agent for certain terroritories in Argentina at the time. Production had been launched on 8 May 1905.

Furthermore delivered with a copy from the work books, the entry confirming that two watches with 19/20 repeating movements were made, the present no. 1’693’538, with gold case, and watch no. 1’693’537, with silver case.
