Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with rose gold numerals in 2006 and its subsequent sale on January 25th of the following year, and a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated February 2nd 2007. Further accompanied by an additional solid case back, setting pin, product literature, Patek Philippe leather envelope, Patek Philippe presentation box, outer packaging and tie-tag.
Production of the reference 5040 began in 1992 and ceased in 2009. It was produced in yellow, pink, and white gold, as well as in platinum. The majority were produced in yellow gold, with the least being produced in pink gold.
To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.
