Cal. 21''' nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, swan neck regulator, gold wheels, gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Breguet numerals, two sunken subsidiary dials in the vertical for 30 minute register and constant seconds, outer calibrated fifth seconds ring, polished circular case, back with white and blue enamel geometric motif, chronograph operated through the crown, locking mechanism in the band, hinged back, case, cuvette, dial and movement signed

Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present chronograph watch with Breguet numerals in 1906 and its subsequent sale on January 24th, 1914. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe leather presentation box.
