Cal. 19''' gilt-finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, wolfe's tooth winding, swan neck regulator, pink gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, outer calibrated fifth seconds with red Arabic fifth divisions, sunken subsidiary seconds, dial, Louis XV hands, circular monogrammed case, chronograph operated through the crown, locking mechanism in the band, engraved interior hinged case back, case, cuvette, dial and movement signed by maker, cuvette signed by retailer.

Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present chronograph watch in 1901 and its subsequent sale on June 18th, 1903. Further accompanied by original Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin stamped Gustavo Wust, Buenos Aires and brown leather Patek Philippe presentation box.
