With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 7 November 2004, additional case back, setting pin, product literature, instruction manual, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Reference 3940, in production from 1985 until 2006, was available in yellow, pink and white gold and platinum.

The present watch is in excellent overall condition.
