A gold-mounted citrine desk seal, the swivel matrix carved with two coats-of-arms, one with supporters, each with baron's coronet above and inscription, with chased foliate mount and faceted handle, circa 1820; a silver-gilt-mounted white alabaster-handled desk seal, the bloodstone matrix carved with marquess' coronet, VL cypher and ‘Wynyard Park’, with plain shaped strap mount, together with a gold-mounted lapis and hardstone desk seal, modern, the bloodstone matrix carved with, ‘Wynyard Park’, with faceted lapis plinth handle surmounted by a model of a begging dog carved in pink, brown and white agate

3½ in. (8.7 cm.) high, 3¼ in. (8.4 cm.) high and 2¾ in. (7 cm.) high, respectively

Specialist note

The arms on the citrine seal are those of Stewart quartering another for Charles, 1st Baron Stewart, later 3rd Marquess of Londonderry (1778-1854).
