The circular bombé panel set with two rows of oval-shaped rubies centering upon square-cut emeralds with green enamel bead center, to the pavé-set diamond scroll top and baguette-cut diamond detail at the bottom, 1930s, 4.6 cm, with French assay marks for platinum and gold
