With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1999 and its subsequent sale on 9 March 2004, servicing invoice dated 28 August, original wooden and gold setting pin and pouch.

This watch has never been offered in public before.

Patek Philippe produced reference 5036 from 1997 until approximately 2006. This reference was the first annual calendar wristwatch with moon phases.
