With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 18K pink gold and platinum case with silvery rose dial and rose indexes in 1942 and its subsequent sale on 29 July 1942.

This reference 516 is believed to be one of only five examples of reference 516 in pink gold and platinum and pink dial, all confirmed by the Extract from the Archives, to appear in public to date.

Ref. 516 was produced from 1939 until the mid-1940s and available in yellow gold or in pink gold with platinum or white gold hooded lugs.
