With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1963 and its subsequent sale on June 26th of the same year.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.

Reference 3445 was in production from 1961 to 1981, the majority cased in yellow gold. Examples in pink gold, such as the present watch, are exceedingly rare.
