Specialist note

With Patek Philippe servicing tag and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the watch with raised gold indices in 1953 and its subsequent sale on 17 December 1953.

A very rare find, the present watch attracts instantly by its eye-catching two-tone pink dial and slim elongated lugs. The brushed chapter ring for the minutes and the nicely raised black hard enamel of the subsidiary dial and signature further brings out the subtle elegance of the timepiece. In very good overall condition, its case proportions are well-balanced and contribute to the overall very sophisticated look of the watch. The elegant flair and desirability of the watch is further enhanced by the sharp edges and grooves on the lugs, as well as the crisp hallmark on the underside of the lower left lug.

The present watch is furthermore understood to be only the fifths example of a pink gold reference 2511 to have been offered publicly. Fresh to the market, it is quite an opportunity for any connoisseur to own such a very rare and fine timepiece.
