With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1947 and its subsequent sale on 2 December 1947.

Patek Philippe commenced production of the reference 1590 in 1944 and continued its manufacture until at least 1950. The model was fitted with the mechanical movement calibre 12'''120. According to our research, the present watch is one of only 12 known examples in pink gold.
