Specialist note

The present watch is a particularly fine example of the reference 6034, standing out by its well-preserved original condition, the overall appeal enhanced by the attractive warm luminous dial.

Reference 6034 was introduced into the market in the early 1950s; the majority was cased in stainless steel or 18K gold, a small series in 14K gold.

Different versions of the model are described and illustrated in I Cronografi Rolex - La Leggenda, Pucci Papaleo Editore, pp. 230 - 251.
