With instructions for the Portuguese hand-wound watch reference 5445 and IWC fitted black presentation box.

According to the Archives of IWC, the hand-wound Portuguese watch reference 5445 was produced between 2007 and 2009. The technical watch reference for platinum examples, such as the present watch, is reference 5445-05.
