With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin stamped by Beyer, Zurich, and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with opaline-white dial and 12 "obus" indexes in white gold in 2002 and its subsequent sale on 21 June 2002. Furthermore delivered with product information, burgundy presentation box and outer packaging.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never been offered in public before.

Reference 3998 was in production from 1989 to 2005.
