Four steel-mounted hand-seals with ivory handles, the matrices engraved with coat-of-arms; together with, two gilt-metal mounted ivory hand-seals, one with carnelian matrix engraved with coat-of-arms, the other with bloodstone matrix engraved 'Althorp'

The arms on four of the hand-seals are those of Spencer for John Poyntz, 5th Earl Spencer (1835-1910). (6)
