En suite with the previous lot, the rectangular top above chamfered and moulded end-supports filled with pierced foliage and thistles around an 'E' and an Earl's coronet, with central stretcher, on metal castors, originally with a central superstructure
30 in. (76 cm.) high; 72 in. (183 cm.) wide; 47½ in. (121 cm.) deep

Almost certainly supplied to Charles Perceval, 7th Earl of Egmont (1845-1897), Cowdray Park, Sussex, circa 1878.

Specialist note

The thistle is the crest of the Perceval family, created Earls of Egmont, Co, Cork in 1733.
