With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 2001 and its subsequent sale on March 23rd of the same year. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated May 10, 2001, wooden presentation box, leather envelope, instructions pamphlet, tie tag and outer packaging.

To the best of our knowledge the present watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 5056P from 1998 until approximately 2006. It is believe they produced approximately 1500.
