The goddess of Wisdom modeled seated resting her arm on a shield centering the mask of Medusa, wearing a short scaled cuirass edged with gilt entwined snakes over her richly draped chiffon, her helmet with grotesschi, its plume supported on the back of a griffin, delicately decorated overall in manganese and touches of blue and covered in a tinted glaze, raised on a fluted columnar socle, moulded with a ribbon-tied wreath and enriched with gilt bands
