Cal. 492 MC engine-turned nickel-finished lever movement, 30 jewels, aperture for the one minute tourbillon regulator, engine-turned silvered dial centred by translucent light blue enamel Cartier double "C" logo, Arabic numerals on outer recessed chapter ring, circular case, scalloped back secured by eight screws, circular glazed aperture displaying the tourbillon carriage, cabochon sapphire-set protecting crown cap, t-lugs, 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed
