Depicted standing in contrapposto, on an integrally cast square plinth and spreading square wood pedestal, dark reddish brown patina with later high points
19¾ in. (50.2 cm.) high, 25 in. (63 cm.) high overall

Probably acquired by Sir William FitzHerbert, 1st Bt., whilst on the Grand Tour, circa 1768-9.
