CIRCA 1720, PROBABLY DUTCH
Of circular form with a broad rim with a semi-circular segment cut out for the neck, naively painted with barbers' utensils, including: shears, two razors, two combs, a mirror and a skull and cross bones, the rim pierced for hanging, crack around well and chipping and flaking to rim
