a small gilt metal compound microscope, signed on hinged arm DOMENICO SELVA VENEZIA, the eyepiece with threaded focusing and threaded wooden section holding in lenses (one missing), in fitted green fishskin case [with:]

Esposizione delle comuni, e nuove spezie di cannocchiali, telescopi, microscopi, ed altri instrumenti diottrici, catottrici, e catodiottrici; perfezionati ed inventati da Domenico Selva.
