The triangular pediment above a dentilled cornice and a blind fretwork frieze, above two glazed doors with geometric astragals enclosing four adjustable mahogany shelves above two drawers and pigeon-holes with fretwork arches, the lower section with a fall-front enclosing a brown leather writing-surface and enclosing a fitted interior of drawers and pigeon-holes surrounding a central door, above two short and three long graduated drawers, on shaped bracket feet, later handles, the pediment lacking central cresting
