the caparisoned elephant and saddle cloth inlaid in mother-of-pearl, coral, tortoiseshell, lacquer, soapstone, malachite and wood with elaborate tassles and trappings, the saddle with inset menuki to each side and a flower finial to the top, inset mother-of-pearl signed tablet to the underside -- 5in. (12.7cm.) wide.
