The Chronomaster Original was launched by Zenith in 2021 and was a modern reiteration of the iconic A386 from 1969. A high-beat automatic chronograph that can measure elapsed times of 1/10th of a second, the Chronomaster is a classic modern chronograph that retains the spirit of the original El Primero.

The present timepiece was first sold as a sealed unique piece at the Antiquorum auction, Geneva, in November 2023 to benefit the Global Survivors Fund, an organisation that works to ease access to reparations for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence around the globe.
