The RM028 automatic wristwatch continues the theme of water sports seen in the RM025. A divers dream, this example has a tripartite case, is water resistant up to 300 meters and is housed in a slightly smaller case measuring 47mm.

In 2010 Richard Mille partnered as one of the main sponsors of The Voiles de Saint Barth, a regatta dedicated to the joys of yachting. The brand introduced the RM028 "Les Voiles de St Barth" in a limited edition of 100 pieces with bright yellow elements.
