Specialist note

This special watch was made as part of a very limited edition of five to commemorate the 500-year anniversary of Brazil’s discovery by the Portuguese navigator and pioneer Pedro Alvarez Cabral in 1500. Pedro Alvarez Cabral had been sent by the King of Portugal, Manuel the 1st, to command the royal fleets on their discovery of the Indies which ended up being South America.

This beautifully enamelled watch is a very rare find indeed and requires the upmost craftmanship and knowledge to create. It is no doubt a watch with a fantastic story and a watch that exceedingly few will have the pleasure of owning.
