CARTIER SANTOS 100 REF. W2020018, A RARE SKELETONISED PALLADIUM WRISTWATCH

This large and impressive wristwatch is not necessarily what may spring to mind when one thinks ‘Cartier’ yet they have very much approached this watch with the mindset that has earnt the brand the name ‘The King of Jewellers’.
