An opportunity to acquire a significant Franck Muller prototype with impeccable provenance, this fascinating and unique steel Franck Muller ‘Chrono Banker’ is a prototype for the same production model that was launched in 2000. The ‘Chrono Banker’ displays three different time-zones and has a chronograph with 30-minute register. The caseback of this prototype is engraved by hand with the word “Prototype” and is further inscribed by Franck Muller to the present owner. Interestingly, this prototype differs to the final released model in having spring-bar lugs and not the large screw-bar lugs with visible screw heads on the outside of the lugs.
