Specialist note

This view is taken from the great Mewar fort of Kumbhalgarh in Rajasthan. The fort, also known as The Great Wall of India, was built in the 15th century by the Kumbhakarna Singh (r. 1433–1468 CE), popularly known as Maharana Kumbha.
